Is there only Express Entry the option to apply for immigration of canada

Hello Everyone,
I am an Indian and working in Saudi Arabia. Do i ll get any weightage , if will apply for canada visa from here?
I am confused , Do i ll have to apply through Express entry system only? Is there any other way to get invitation to Apply easily? I am an electrical engineer with 12 years experience, My CRS Points are only 390 . I have LEED -GA certificate also, May i use this certificate to improve my CRS score?

Canada has a number of different immigration programs each with their own requirements. There's no "easy" way to apply. 390 is too low to be selected under Express Entry. No - you won't receive additional points for the LEED certification. The fact you are an Indian working in Saudi doesn't change anything or speed up the process in any way. You have to apply using the same process as anyone else.
