People say that PGDP students struggles more for getting PR as compared to MS.

To what extent that is true?

Do you know anyone or is there anyone who got or will get PR soon even if he/she opted for PGDP after their Bachelors?

every application for PR is different whether MS or PGDP applicant taking into account lots of other factors such as language ability, work experience , financial stability and so on. Qualifications are just a single dimension so impossible to generalise whether one has any advantage over the other when applying for PR. Many people will also say that job wise these days often an MS will not necessarily be a big advantage over experience.

I disagree. U get more points with Masters than PGD considering all other factors would remain the same. So since ur english ability, ur experience ur age will remain the same weather u did masters or pgd , u will get more points with masters and u have to remember is ur english is very good with Masters it could mean a difference of 50-70 points. Now that Express entry points cut off is over 480+ 50-70 points lead could be the difference between getting PR or getting stuck like most of us right now. Be wise use the calculator and be honest in selecting different options and the select. So u should see what ur points come out if u select PGD vd masters keeping all the other criteria same also see if u get highest in english test what ur scores with both PGD and Masters.
