Is there any specific date I should get my PCC

I am Indian citizen living in United states.
So I need PCC from both India and US.

Us take about 3 months to give PCC.
Considering that I have applied for it. I applied for PCC from India and I got it in 15 days.

I am still awaiting my IELTS score. I am expecting it to come by sept 1st week.
Will the PCC certificate form India that I got almost one and a half month before my application affect my chances of being selected?

PCC has no bearing on your selection.

Also, you only need PCCs after getting an ITA. If you do not return to India after the date your Indian PCC was issued, you can still use that one.

Your FBI PCC has to be at no more than 6 months old from the time you submit the PR application, which you can only do after you get an ITA.
