Hey guys

Just a quick question. I have got a research scientist job in Poland.

The salary in Poland is low compared to Western countries (but the living cost is low too), but I will still earn 1.6-1.7 times the average salary in that country.

My question is simple, for the Express Entry employment requirement, is there any consideration for the salary of the previous employment?

Thanks

As far as I have limited knowledge, they are not concerned about your pay , or may be is by some means you are portraying a mangerial experience with low pay , that might pave way for them to think how come a manager with such pay..
Anyways as long as you have your pay stubs / bank statements clear that shall be fine in proving that you really worked for so and so designation for 'x' no: of years ..

I don't think they are concerned with your salary, though all they would want to see would be the letters from previous employers stating the number of hours you have worked, the salary, and also roles and responsibilities. Backed up of-course with your pay-stubs as @sao_18 mentioned.
