I already have the max score I can get from IELTS and age group. I am a B. Tech graduate with 3 years of experience in India. Not sure how I can increase my points.

You need to apply for a PNP like OINP in order to receive nomination which will give you additional 600 CRS points.
To apply for OINP, you need to receive an NOI from Ontario in your MyCIC account.

No......Considering the current scenario for the EE draw, 441 is a low score....The best option is OINP...

Learning French could be a option. Max points 24.

It is something which Ontario has not disclosed. Candidates with exact 400 CRS points have also received PT NOI from Ontario. Currently, OINP has stopped sending PT NOI since 16th Feb. (except for French skilled candidates) and hope they will resume soon in May/June 2016.PrincessLeia said:
Once you receive any news about people receiving PT NOI on this forum, then immediately withdraw your existing EE profile and recreate a new EE profile to increase your chances of receiving PT NOI.
