Is there any advantage in getting jobs in Canada with a Canadian degree as suppose to a US degree?

If you get a Canadian degree you get a work permit at the end.* Getting a work permit is the most difficult part of working in Canada.

If i don't have a work permit in Canada, will i not get job offers? Is that something employers really look down upon?
Of course it is . If you don’t have authorization to work in the country , most employers are not going to do the leg work to get you one, they’ll just move onto the next candidate who is “ job ready “
