Hi Everyone,

I read there are cap of 75000 (don't know exactly) to enter in Canada from India per year? Is that correct?
I am going for higher studies (i.e MS) in the above mentioned countries. After completing my MS, if i get a job , subsequently

is it easy to renew the H1B (or which is relevant) visa? Or is there a cap on it also?

Regards

1. No, there is no caps.
2. If you completed a MS of 2 years in Canada, at a Designated Learning Institute, then you could get a 3 year Post Graduate Work Permit.
3. There is no cap on work permits, but after the 3 years, your employer would have to get a LMIA approved for you to continue to work. Only if it was a skilled occupation.
