Minimum is required funds to qualify. Anything more than that is good.

You need to meet the minimum requirement as with everyone else. Having higher than that wont give you an edge over others and speed up your process. If you really have a lot of money, look into investor visa or business visa. The processing time may be faster but I'm not sure.
