I am a native speaker of English and I just got my provisional online IELTS results. My LRWS scores were 8, 8.5, 9, 9. Overall, 8.5. On listening, one section I accidentally reversed my answers which led to the 8 in listening. This means I have CLB 10 in everything but listening, which is CLB 9. Is there any point difference between 9 and 10?

Yes, there is but not significantly (well depending on your CRS). You have lost 3 CRS points by not getting that 0.5 extra in listening. Use IRCC CRS calculator HERE

The max score for LRWS is 8.5,8,7.5,7.5 . You wont get any additional points for scoring over that, looking at your case you can gain extra 3 points in listening

You can always compare your CLB score to IELTS and vice versa since there are many pages on the web which easily enables you to convert the score.
