Did you look up your NOC? It is NOC B if you are a supervisor.

Which immigration stream are you applying under?

If you are applying under CEC, then you need one year of full time work experience in a skilled NOC (A, B or 0).

Yeah I did, but I can only work with part time as supervisor, do you know is this able to apply for pr, I mean work as supervisor but with part time job

Yes, you can apply with part time work experience. However you need to wait until you have the equivalent of 1 year of full time work experience before you'll qualify.
