Is the original FBI clearance certificate same as the digital copy sent via email?

When applying for FBI certificate, the applicant will receive an original copy via USPS and a digital copy via email.

Unfortunately, I tossed away my original copy.

Meanwhile, the requirement says that police certificates need to be a scan of the original police certificate(s) in colour.

Can I just upload the digital copy I received via email?

If I print out the digital copy on a double-sided paper, is it same as the original FBI certificate?
