I would be grateful if someone can give an answer.
My husband had applied for the AINP as Compulsory Trades program and has got his nomination certificate recently. They don't require language testing for kind of stream. Now he is applying for the PR and confused if he has to take his English exam. I have found that he has to take the exam if he is going to apply through the Express Entry, but nothing about the old way. Thanks for your answers
