Is the information updated weekly? PR renewal sent in October, is it in process?

Hi, just wondering the website says "This information is updated weekly...Last update: December 12, 2012". Today is December 20th 12:15pm EST, which day usually the update appears? My PR renewal application sent on 17th of October 2012, not yet in process, anybody sent about that time?
