Firstly, Canada should accept new immigrants for their work experience and not ask for CANADIAN experience, which Iam sure is the root cause, which won't help meet labour shortages

very good point you made , actually i put this link in the pre-2008 forum but nobody even commented on it ?

do you believe kenny means all those pre-2008 may have a chance if there occupation is needes in the future ? this is what i understood , as it dosent make sense if he means that new changes would be applicable to new applications ,because those application wont take a lot of time in que to start with?

Nope, as the applications will be refused and fees returned, they would have to re-apply if they meet the new list.
