Is the experience as an independent contractor counted?

Hi Captains,

I have 3 years of coporate experience. I left corporate in the year 2020 as I wanted to pursue a career in social media marketing and I am working as a full-time freelance digital marketer since the past 1 year under an agency.

1. My concern is if this experience is counted?

2. Also I donot have payslips to show however I have bank statements.

3. I get payment based on the number of projects I handle in a month. So the payment differs every month. Is that okay?

4. If not. What do I do next? Should I get hired as an employee by the agency?
