I keep getting a Error 502: Page unavailable. when trying to continue my application.

uggh I was hoping to submit my application this evening after finally getting all my documentation together

Me too, I initially encountered an error on the personal history page under the activities. I got a reply from their tech support to try it again but now I cannot continue my application.

I guess we are on the same boat. Is anyone else encountering this issue?

How did you contact their tech support? I filled in the online form but not sure how fast they are.. can't afford to lose more time...

We had a few issues. Refreshing the page or switching browsers usually fixed it.

Faced same issue yesterday , but after several tries it worked , try to login at different times.

I faced the same issue at 7pm. My browser has always been configured not store any history or searches. So cleaning up the cache didn't work for me. However, when I updated my Java to Version 8, update 45 (on Mac - Yosemite OS), everything worked like magic. Uploaded docs, paid, and received a receipt (for PGWP) right away.
