Is the caipsnotes.com secure to place an order ?please help

Somebody just said that the website caipsnotes.com gives information about the applications which are submitted outside canada.They told me that it gives information why is it taking so long and what other requirements have to be done.I am just confused and i really dont know if this website is really secure.Please share your experiences with this website with me. Thanks.

I do know a few ppl who took this route and got the CAIPS notes faster...and this a CIC wing.
