Hi guys,
I'm going to apply for Express Entry and hope to come to Canada next year.
Currently my CRS score is 438 and seems i have no chance to come with this points. ;D

I'm 29 and have almost 8 years experience in software development.
I've graduated as a mathematician and have a bachelor diploma.

My IELTS scores are 8 in average.

So now to increase the chance to come to Canada, I'm thinking about to find a job, but is that real ?
Or maybe there is another way to increase points?
What is Provincial nominee ? can i get one or it is even harder?
Seems I'm doing well with my experience and language skills but score is low, I know that if I had master degree scores will be higher, but now I have what I have.

It is extremely unlikely that you will get a job before you land.

PN is definitely easier than getting a job.
I suggest you start here: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/summary-of-eligibility-requirements-for-all-express-entry-pnp-streams-t432937.0.html

All of these questions are very easily answered through the CIC web site. You need to spend more time there if you are serious about coming to Canada. Stop listening to your friend and do your research.
