I mailed my family sponsorship package 2 days ago, and i stapled all the application forms together. I realized that is a mistake now but it is too late. Is that going to be a big issue? can my documents and applications still be approved? Thank you very much!

I think they'll still process the application. You'll probably just p*ss off the visa officer processing your file since he/she will have to remove all of the staples (which isn't a fun task). Think of it this way, you're a VO and have a bunch of files that you need to start processing this week. One of them has a ton of staples all over it. You'll probably do that one last out of the pile because it's a pain. That's probably the impact.

Thank you for your reply! As long as they do not return all the doc back to us..... :-*

Agreed. And I suspect, you'd want more time with the agent who can evaluate whether you met the minimum requires to start an application in GCMS... They also have to scan all of that stuff in. Removing staples, then scanning can lead to document feeder mishaps (rips, tears, bunching, etc).

It's too late to worry about it now. But in the off chance that they do return it, do what we did, and use paperclips :).

Thank you very much!!!
