I tracked my parcel and it says " successfully delievered". It means they recieved it. Is application receieved ny cic status applied from the day my application got delivered, or cic send any email that they have received the application.

they check you have sent all the formats properly filled, signed and so,
you have done the payment
and sent all the supporting documents,
that email is your AOR and includes your file number right now it takes about 60 days from the date the parcel was delivered

Correct. The AOR ( Acknowledgment of Receipt ) is the first communication you will
get from CIC. This means they've checked your application package for completion and signatures.
Your AOR also includes your filenumber and instructions on how to submit
documents to CIC needed for processing. You may be asked for documents later on,
so keep that email.
