My spouse has recieved the following ielts result;

Listening 6
Speaking 6
Writing 5
Is he eligible to come the pool with me? I am the principal applicant and i have recieved over 6 in my ielts test

There is no eligibility requirement for the spouse, only for the principal applicant.
So yes, he's eligible.

Ok planning to create the profile and he will redo the test. What other requirements are needed? I know he has to get his education assessed being that its an international degree.

Use Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) - tool first and see how much your score right now? If more than 480 then no need his international degree.
