I am a naturalized Canadian citizen and I hold dual citizenship in the United States. My 5 year old daughter is a US citizen. Does my naturalized status grant my daughter automatic Canadian citizenship or will I have to apply for it?

If you were naturalized before she was born, she is automatically a citizen. However, you have to apply for her citizenship certificate to get proof of her citizenship as well as register her in Canada. Here's how to apply: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/citizenship/proof.asp
