is self-employed experience counts valid for noc -2151 and 2251

can some body pls shed some light on experience demand in SINP programm.
my question is, whether self employed experience will work in that case. AND if so, then what kind of documentation or paper work i have to provide in order to certify my experirence as self employed.

Business registration number, contracts with clients, receipts/invoices to clients, taxes paid from business etc.
