would provincial nominee be considered a sponsorship, one of my old friends asked me to help him to be nominated (pnp), my question is if he gets here to Manitoba, if that person takes some loan or gets help from the Government , do I need to pay that , some one told me that I would be responsible for 3 to 10 years , my friend is a professional guy, but just in case , I want to help but at the same time want to play safe.
