Is police clearance certificate required at time of application submission??

Guys, Do we need police clearance certificate at time of application submission or is it required at a later stage??

& I am already living abroad, Can I get it from my country embassy??

Yes, u will get it from ur country embassy

It is highly recommended to submit PCC, but if u have problem om getting it u can submit at later stage also
