Hi.
A bit confused with following sentence regarding police certificate provision:

You and all of your family members who are 18 years of age and older and who are not already permanent residents or Canadian citizens will have to provide:

What means family member here?
I am the only person applying, I do not have a wife or children.
Are my parents and sister/brother classified as a family member?
They do not apply for immigration.
So do I need to gather police certificate for them or not?

Thank you in advance for support.

They are not considered as family members, so don't require medical or police checks.
