Is Organic Chemist can still apply to FSW

I'm pretty much confused with this 38 occupation list. I just want to know that can an Organic Chemist with working experience in Cosmetics industry on hair care & skin care expertise lies under health related professionals, and thus can i apply through FSW?

Leon I have degree in Chemistry but working experience in cosmetic processing, and as far as i found on Canadian immigration web site that I', eligible with the experience I have. Please look yourself too on the following link and then suggest me that am I right?

Yes the designation on mine in the company is as Research & Development Chemist but the duties which I have looked for since last 3 years are of as same as mentioned on the link I quote in previous post.

Actually in Pakistan, there is no any institution who offer degree/diploma in cosmetic chemistry & so only Chemist can have the position of supervisors in cosmetics industry in Pakistan.

So would that job description is enough to be in this category or not?

Salman, unfortunately I cannot (and no one in this forum can) accurately answer that question for you. Does your job match the description? Are you qualified for the job?

Most important, can you prove that the duties you carry out at your current workplace match those in the description?

Well, then why not apply and see what happens?

All that, keeping in mind that while you may be allowed to migrate to Canada, that does not mean you will be allowed to work in that profession once you get there. Make sure you know very well what the requirements for getting a job in your field are, and what the process of validating your credentials is like.

Please tell me whether IELTS test report in necessary before submitting initial application or not? As in one of the application form, we have to tick whether we gave or not and also provide proof in both cases.
