Is "One year of graduate study' and 'Study towards Masters' same?

I got "One year of Graduate study" for my Master of Arts from a recognized university from WES.

I think M.A. and M.Sc. is considered as "One year of graduate study" as per WES. If we put this as "Study towards Masters" then we will get extra points.

Has anyone spoken to WES and asked them what does "One year of graduate study" means?

No - one year of graduate study does not get you any points. This evaluation means you completed some studies towards a degree - but didn't complete the degree itself. So no additional points.

but there is separate section for completed masters degree.
It doesn't make any sense to menation "study towards master" right?
