I heard from some of my forum members that Noc 4011 processing is very slow in ndvo.I am 23 june applicant ,per 21 oct,slceu on 5 dec,No Mr yet,really frustating,is anybody have the similar situation share your experience

Buddie. I think its slow in other visa offices too. At the Accra Visa Office, Other NOCs already have MR to 27th Aug with PER in Jan 2015. But I am yet to see my MR
