Is NOA print out ok for PR application under CEC?

I never received Notice of assesment for my 2012 return and but I have one for 2013. I was wondering if it would be ok to submit 2012 assessment printout(3 pages) from cra website and send the actual 2013 copy(single page) or request CIC to send me an official 2012 copy. Document checklist mentions (CIC preferred) .
