Is No Objection Certificate(NOC) for dependent working spouse mandatory?

Hi,

My husband is travelling from India to Canada on ICT-LWTP. I'm also working in India.

My question is: since I'm presently working, is NOC from my company mandatory to apply for my visa(dependent visa)?

I'll be travelling few months after my husband. It is not possible to get NOC from my company now itself. But any ways before travelling to Canada, I will be getting NOC from my company. Will this suffice?

Please advise.

Yes, NOC is very important document which can prove ur strong ties u in India.Besides, if ur NOC shows leave sanctioned by the competent authority for the purpose of visiting Canada, it wil make ur application even stronger.
