It is not necessary to submit a 'Net Worth Certificate' from a CA. You can prepare an Assets-Liabilities statement on your own. This would be a self-assessment along with supporting evidence to confirm the net worth.
Based on your previous posts, the visa officer is not convinced that the finances shown by you are your own.... you must prove that any investments, bank balance, etc was earned by you and/or jointly with your husband.
A 'Net Worth Certificate' will not help if you are unable to prove that the source of income is your own
