is MyCIC Login web page down?

Past 2 days, the site is down. Even now the site is not loading tried accessing the link in IE, Firefox, Chrome no luck

I just received an email from CIC that I have a new message but can't get through their site as well.

Actually, it is behaving strange. It is working on my phone but not on my laptop. Both are connected to same WIFI network ???

Guys, its really weird. I was keep on trying and now able to access it.

then i logged out and tried again and now its again not accessible
