Hello sir/madam

I am a permanent resident applicant of canada named and the reference number is E000
I have received my passport request letter on 8th December .
My application was applied with my husband but I mentioned that he does not come with me in order to some problems .
Now he is interested in coming with me.
I would appreciated if you can give me some guide about what can I do to bring him to Canada?

Is this possible we send you his documents by cse??

See this part:
"As you indicated that you want your spouse to be accompanying you to Canada, your current visa is no longer valid. A new passport request letter for both of you will be sent once the RPRF is paid."

Now, you have to pay the RPRF for your spouse and send the scanned copy of payment receipt [along with any other documents requested, if any] via email to your visa office so that they can send you the new PPR (for both of you) and you both will be issued new visas and COPR.

Why do you want to travel without him after making a request to include him? I think the concerned processing officer might have made some notes in your file about this request and/or might have already cancelled your issued visa (as they wrote you in their response).

So, just provide the required documents and wait a little more to get new visas.

Otherwise, if you want to go alone, due to any changed circumstances, just inform your visa office again (by direct email) and follow their instructions.

Good luck!

Acually he can not come with me now because of his job problems but what a bout this line?

Please note that if we do not receive these documents and/or information within 30 days your application will be examined on the basis of the material available.

Whats ur opinion ?

If you apply for him now, he will get a PR visa fast (with you) and then you can travel alone to complete your landing while he can come later to do his landing (but before the PR visa expiry date). Also, he can do a short trip with you to do landing and can come back for his job/work and can join you later after finishing his commitments. Applying for a spousal PR visa later from Canada will take much longer.

Anyways, if you still wish to travel alone, just write an email to your visa office and inform them. They will tell you if you need new visa and COPR or the current one is fine.

Good luck!
