very low graduation percentage....u need to wirte a good SOP ..its going to be difficult...

That's bcz I opted for correspondence college not a regular one bcz I started working at the age of 21.After my schooling I opted to study for aviation and hospitality management diploma for one year and then went to work after doing that diploma.then at same time I opted for corresponding college and in between full time job with KLM airline for 6.5 years non stop.bcz of job I was not able to concentrate on my graduation but somehow I manage to complete that.

either way it does not look good on ur profile u have to explain all this in ur SOP and hope for the best....ur experience is a positive thing.....make ur financial documents strong ...

Chances of visa is slim to none.

I can't remember very well but when I applied 5 years ago, I don't think i sent any transcripts with my application for a study permit. As long as you have the acceptance letter from the university that should suffice. However if it is a requirement, you should write a cover letter, stating why your grades were low, what has changed that you want to pursue your studies now, and maybe relate it to your work experience with KLM. I do know that when you apply for extensions on your study permit, your grades are required so if you do get a study permit, you have to make sure you keep a gpa above C I believe.
Im a little confused, you say your grade 12th gpa was 60% in 2004 and than you say your graduation was on 2010?
