Need some help with what to do, what sort of document do I need.
So my birth name is, say
Robin Hood, there's no last name.
Our family traveled to Canada in the early 2k. To make Passport we needed a last name. So my sibling and I took on one of my dad's names.
Most of us left around 2007. My sibling after college stayed behind and became a Canadian citizen even after the issues below. But he doesn't remember the details of his applications to be of help to me.
Dad: Richard Locksley.
Passport in early 2k and Passport now(same every renew):
Robin Hood Locksley.
There was never any sort of legal name change procedure.
Questions !
1. What sort of name do you think this is?
2. Do I have to declare my birth name*
3. Do I Say that my current name on the passport is me adding dad's name, there's a category for this.
4. Can I assume CiC has all this information and I should just add a LOE?
