Is my inadmissible sister affect my application?

Hello all.

I have a sister who is inadmissible to Canada, she has husband and son and no longer live with my parents, but still my sister. My question is, on the ground, Does my inadmissible sister affect to my application? Will I be inadmissible due to her status?

What is the reason for her inadmissibility?

She produced a letter from her employer to show her experience as a cleaner. But the visa officer didn't believe she could claim such experience. Besides, she couldn't prove anything because she has been working and get the money in cash only, no tax income record though. She is listed on A40(1)(a) which is Misrepresentation.

So she is banned from applying for two years? This shouldn't have any bearing on your application. Just be sure you have all your facts and figures completely accurate.

Yes. The refusal letter indicated that she is banned for 2 years. At this point, I have additional question, I found Faster Removal of Foreign Criminals Act http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/backgrounders/2012/2012-06-20b.asp. Will she be banned for 5 years instead of 2 years like the letter wrote?
