Right now around 340 to 350. Too far from reaching cut off.

Correct. You need a score over 460. The only way to do that is a) learn French to B2 level b) improve IELTS if it increases your score c) come to Canada to study but you must show education and career progression plus funds. However studying in Canada is very expensive and doesn't guarantee PR. You may still not have enough points or be nominated.

460 cannot be attained in a year or two.
I guess i left with no choice other than marrying a canadian national

@Naturgrl i meant no offense. Just an obsession of canadian immigration made me comment like that.
How can one go if can't meet eligibility criteria.
