Is my Application inside or outside if a Canadian representative applies on behalf of me?

Hi,
I'm from India.
My company in canada offered me a Canadian representative to submit my Closed work permit application from their portal.

I Just had to give medicals (upfront 22 Feb,22) and biometrics (7th apr, 22) info to him.

Now my doubt is..
When I check processing time. Should I choose inside canada or outside canada?

Because "inside canada" application takes approximately 142 days only.
