No, it is not equivalent to a Canadian Masters degree. You can use the equivalency tool on the WES website to reconfirm for your university

So in that case, my master degree will not fetch any points in CRS system? Instead I have to only depend on my 3 years bachelor degree for my educational assessment. Is that right??

No. WES will probably assess your M.Sc. as equivalent to 4-years' Bachelor degree. You must get both your degrees assessed

So in that case getting my both degrees (BSc -3 years & MSc - 2 years) assessed by WES would fetch master degree points in CRS tool. Can I assume it?
