Experts, I just recently extended my work permit for another year. When I received the work permit, we also received a Medical Request which, we did through a designated practioner in Ontario (Physical, Blood and Chest X-Ray). It was sent to CIC by the doctor's office. Now, if they start to process my PR in the next two months, since my medicals are only 3 months old, is it possible for me request a waiver and ask them to refer to my recently done Medicals? Just curious.

Thank you.

In my opinion, No. Medical waiver is not possible. You need to undergo Medical even if you have done it before a week.

Thanks for the clarification Mehulca.

Not at all possible. You have to undergo Medicals when you get MR. No other way.
PR is a seperate process and your MR may take long time to come thru.
