Is Manipal University Approved by WES?

I'm applying for a Canadian PR visa. My graduation is from School of Communication, Manipal, and It's come to my attention the WES might not recognize my 3yr Bachelors degree since the university is not listed in it's approved uni's list.

Can someone please confirm this and also let me know how else can I go about getting my degree and mark sheets attested, if not from WES?
