BC Guy, Leon and other seniors; your expert views, please.

My wife just got her LMO on a type B skill. Her employer also have a job offer for me, but her application for my LMO is denied. We are thinking of applying for PR under the FSW.

Can an "offer of arranged employment" be satisfied with an employment contract and approved LMO?

LMO is not the same as AEO. LMO is for a temporary work permit. AEO is for immigration. You can apply for an open work permit since your wife is a skilled temporary worker and both of you apply for PR later through PNP employee sponsorship or some other way. Do you want to try that? Another option, the employer gets an AEO for you and you use the AEO to apply for PNP immigration or FSW immigration for you and wife depending on what you qualify for.
