depends.. if you are applying for PNP then its PNP specific... otherwise no one asks for intend to reside document...

If you mean the section in your EE where you identify in which provinces are you interestd, than you can choose multiple of them and even all of them (by picking All Provinces option).

If you are talking about notification that you got from Ontario on EE account, that one is valid only for application for PNP program for Ontario.
