Is it true if i apply for caips then can't apply for visa upto six months? i already applied for caips should i wait for next six months

No, it is not true . But I think 6 months is about to look at notes, to understand why you were rejected and CHANGE (improve) something in your live to eliminate that obstacle. VO usually thinks you may do that in 6+ months. For example: find a good job and establish yourself there.
