Is it true that unlike pre July'2011 applicants, all post July'2011 applicants are getting their ecas changed to "in process" straight away after getting the PER. As i noticed that most of the pre July'2011 applicants are still stuck at RBVO and anxiously waiting for their ecas to be changed to "in proces", while post july'2011 applicants are geting their ecas changed to "in process" quite rapidly. I have no negative feelings for the post July'2011 applicants but just want friends to clarify as in both the cases NOC's list remains the same, so one can't say that it is due to the job market requirement because of which post July'2011 applicants are being put into "in process" at a faster pace.Best of luck to all.

You're right about this.

But then ECAS update of "in process" have ceased to have any meaning, as status have been changed to "in process" right after PER, without even getting their first AOR from the VO. So for post July 2011 applicants, RBVO has become a "prized update" ;)

So relax. Theres nothing to worry. Processing will happen as per timelines, irrespective of "in process" updates!!
