Is it sufficient only to provide a work reference letter for the one I claimed points?

I got ITA using only Canadian work experience. I have other international work experience, which I listed in my personal history. Is it sufficient to provide a reference letter only for Canadian work experience? Do I have to add as well the reference letters for the ones I listed in my personal history?
