Is it still possible to include dependants at VO stage?

Could anyone please clarify me if someone apply after 26the June this year, can he only apply for himself at the initial stage and later on include his dependants when it goes to visa office stage?

Dependants can be included even when the file is with visa office. Send new forms with their details and their documents. Money makes the mare go,so dont forget to add fee $ 550 for spouse and $ 150 for kid.

In my case i did not include my dependant in my application to CIC sydney,i mark "non-accompanying" in my intial application:do you mean i can include my dependat in my application to visa office now?really,i feel like including them now,can pay their require application in visa office?

You can include them when you send your documents and application to visa office. Send their application fee and documents.
