Is it right time and Am is eligible to apply for Canada?

Hello dears:

I am Wasique, 32 years of old, married, having two daughters. My wife did M.A (Islamic History) i.e. 16 years of education, currently house hold.

I have done BSIT in 2006 and MBA (HRM) in 2007.
Worked as Assistant Manager (Programming) in Sindh Level NGO i.e. (Safwco)

Currently working as District Manager in Board of Revenue BPS0-17 Government of Sindh. since 1 year.

I had TB in 2006 then i went with medication and successfully cured and since than i am fit and fine.

Now my question is that.
Am i eligible to apply for Canada (in which program)?
Is it right time to apply for the FSWP (skilled worker class)?
From where i need to start the process?

Looking forward for expert opinion.....

Dear , Based on your qualification and experience you were eligible to apply for Engineering Managers and Financial analyst. But nfortunaitly Cap for both these Skills have been filled for the year 2013. Now you have to wait for the new opening during 2014 or EOI 2015 and also to be lucky if these occupation again appear in new demand list. further you can get complete help from below website.:

Thank you dear for you reply. I am fulfilling the cap Programmer (as i am district manager now). my main concern with my health. as i mentioned i had TB and medicated successfully and and fit & fine.

I wanted to know is that could be problem for my immigration or is it fine now?
