I'm new to this site so I apologize if this has been answered before.
My husband and I have been married for 4 years, I am a Canadian citizen, and he is a USC. We are currently living in the US, I am a LPR. So my question is, is it possible to sponsor him from here, so we can live in Canada? and are there any income requirements that need to be met? TIA.

You can file sponsorship while you still live in the US but you would have to show plans to move to Canada once he gets his PR such as job offers, having arranged housing or at the very least letters of support from friends/family in Canada saying they'll help you out and let you stay.

They will ask for your income but there is no minimum requirement to sponsor a spouse.

Would me being a stay at home wife/mom cause us any problems? Also we have a daughter she was born here 3 months ago she's dual, we've applied for her certificate of citizenship from Canada. I wouldn't have to add her to the application to sponsor her, would I? oh and also you said ONCE he gets his PR? What's the process in Canada? Are there any links besides CIC where I can get more info? Thanks for your help.

No problems being a stay-at-home mom. Spousal sponsorships are exempt from income requirements. Your Canadian citizen daughter does not have to be sponsored. It's best if you move after his PR is approved. If you must make the move before the application is finalised, have a read here and here.

I have searched CIC looking for the place where it discusses the fact that there is no income requirements for spousal sponsorship and just cannot find it. Could someone provide a link to this? Also, if there is no income requirement then am I right in assuming that I can skip the Option C that is on the document checklist - especially since we are not living in Canada at the time of application.

Exemption from minimum income requirements:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/3900E2.asp

"Who can sponsor?

You may be eligible to sponsor if:

...

you have an income that is at least equal to the minimum necessary income, the amount of which is published yearly by the Canadian government.

...

This condition does not apply if you are sponsoring only

* your spouse, common-law or conjugal partner who has no dependent children, or
* your spouse, common-law or conjugal partner whose dependent children have no children of their own, or
* your dependent child who has no children of his or her own."

You really need to read all of that guide, and understand it all, before submitting the application. ;)

They need the option-C (or equivalent if you're living outside Canada) as proof that you're not currently receiving social assistance (welfare). Although there is no minimum income requirement, the sponsor must not be receiving social assistance.
